Default 1:43 Scale

Just received this in 1:43 scale so, if it is alright, I thought I would start a thread for that scale.

I think the trim could have been done better - it's kind of warped and wavy - but otherwise seems to be a pretty nicely-done model. Also has steerable wheels in addition to the opening hood, doors and trunk.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried to do as you said but am not sure I got to the right 'page'. All I found was a horrible running list of posts that made no sense. The same seemed to be true of the Forum18. No kind of order and/or organization to it, and I couldn't find any kind of forum that had topics, threads, etc. in some kind of order like here on Forum64. If you could guide me to how to get to right page to see the topics and posts I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Hey Duncan...............

What you see at Forum 1/43,1/18 is what you get. The format over on those forums was set up along time ago.
When forum64 was set up a 'newer" format was used and everyone over there "bitched" about the format here and refuse to use it............
Go figure??????
You need to register to post over there even though you are registered here.

I must say though it is a knowledgeable group on all the forums.........

Lee

I guess it is all in what you get used to. I can't make heads or tails of the other arrangement.

Duncan welcome on board Forum 64. The other Legacy Forums as Lee has explained use an old system. I was hoping that they would be modernised to use the system that Forum 64 uses.

Here are some of my 1:43rd scale models:

Great models Chris. I especially like that Dodge Ram. I think it's hard to find one of those that really looks good/real.
