Default Pinstriped

Pinstriping and hot rods.Here is a better example.My '51 coupe with a souped 292 GMC straight 6,My wife,and a guitar that she pinstriped for a prize at one of our shows.

That's the only way she would let me take her picture.She never says "Native American",she's an Indian from Waukasau.It's old,but back in the wild west days Indians believed that having your picture taken could steal your soul.
I did manage to sneak a picture at a car show.
The '51 coupe is stock on the outside,with just a new interior,skirts,whitewall bias plys with flipper discs.The engine is a 292 GMC with the original 3 speed,an Offy manifold and Holly 4 barrel.Modern ignition,electric wipers,duals,12 volt conversion,etc.

I learned to drive in a '51 chevy,6cylinder and three on the tree......
